Why Spanish?

We have seen bias and disparities in our healthcare system first-hand, including decreased access to medical care, information, and supportive care.  While we cannot change the entire healthcare system (yet), we choose to actively create change in our part of it.  Removing a language barrier is one step towards a more equal access to care.

Our Spanish language appointments are provided by our Oncology Massage Specialists and Reiki Master who are native Spanish speakers, Luisa Tiburcio and Yvette Quintana-Pascal.
