CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle form of touch therapy used to address a wide array of issues such as fatigue, headaches and migraines, chronic disorders, neck, and back pain. Light-touch techniques identify and release restriction in tissues influencing the craniosacral system and help restore relative balance and flexibility within the fascial system to decrease pain, fatigue, and dysfunction. CST is often helpful for those with chronic symptoms that haven’t been relieved by other modalities.

CST can be performed with the client fully clothed, however jeans, trousers, and tight exercise pants are not recommended. Please wear or bring loose-fitting, comfortable clothing to change into.

PLEASE NOTE: CST is not appropriate for individuals with a history of acute aneurysm, cerebral hemorrhage or other preexisting conditions where variations or slight increase of intracranial pressure would cause instability.

Our Caregiver Massage treatments are created to meet the specific needs of caregivers - whether family and close friends of patients, or part of the medical team. The overarching goal is to help reduce or circumvent symptoms common in caregiver burnout and Compassion Fatigue Syndrome such as exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, irritability, and/or insomnia.

Treatments focus on what the caregiver expresses they need most, such as stress reduction, addressing specific musculoskeletal issues, promoting relaxation, or simply having an hour dedicated to self-care.

Acupuncture is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) using hair-thin stainless steel needles inserted into acupuncture points to stimulate the body’s healing resources and help restore proper balance. Acupuncture is used to reduce stress, anxiety, acute and chronic pain, specific symptoms or conditions, address side effects of chemotherapies and radiation therapy, and support general health and wellbeing.

One of the pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine is utilizing “Food as Medicine”. Practitioners provide individualized suggestions regarding food and lifestyle adaptations to aid in the healing process and improving overall health.

Sessions include discussion of your postural and movement needs, exercise and stretching recommendations for you to work on at home.

Reiki is a non-invasive, energetic modality used to support overall wellness. It can be helpful in reducing pain, anxiety, and stress while improving sleep and promoting general relaxation. Reiki treatments are increasingly offered at major hospitals to help patients during and after chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and/or surgery, and in managing symptoms of chronic conditions. There are no contraindications to receiving Reiki.

Remote Reiki is a wonderful option for those who cannot (or prefer not) to come to the clinic for in-person treatments, such as during illness, hospital stays, if significantly immunocompromised, and/or needing to be isolated.

During remote treatments, you and your practitioner do not need to be in the same physical space as energy does not require proximity to be sent or received. You will receive an email with questions asking what you would like to focus on prior to your treatment.

*Remote Reiki treatments are 45 minutes in duration.

  • Hospice massage is a gentle form of massage therapy for clients who have entered into hospice care.
